7. USE OF GOOGLE CALENDAR AND GOOGLE DRIVE DATA
With your authorization, CORXLY integrates with Google Calendar and Google Drive to enhance your experience by linking this data to your CORXLY account. Here’s how we handle this data:
Purpose and Scope of Access: We access Google Calendar data to create and manage events within CORXLY as directed by you. Google Drive data is accessed for attaching, viewing, and managing files within our platform.
Linking to Authorized Accounts: All data accessed from Google Calendar and Google Drive is directly linked to each user’s authorized account, ensuring that only you can access and manage your events and files.
Data Use and Limitations: We use Google data strictly to facilitate core features and do not analyze, share, or store this data outside of your authorized account’s interaction within CORXLY.
Prohibition on AI/ML Model Development: CORXLY does not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. The data accessed via Google APIs is used solely to provide functionality within CORXLY and is processed only to the extent necessary to deliver the requested Services.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance: CORXLY adheres to Google’s API Services User Data Policy, using data only for approved purposes and ensuring data security.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
Backup archives may temporarily retain data, where it is stored securely and isolated until deletion.
